We are extremely passionate about our Mission because Recovery and Cycling has helped many individuals including the founder Dylan Howley on the road to recovery.  Our mission is to perpetuate, manifest, deliver and apply Goodness to our Recovering community.  We are our happiest when we are doing GOOD any way we can!

Dylan Howley

Dylan Howley is the Founder of The Lefty Cycles Project; He is a one-armed athlete, a positivity pusher, a proud recovering alcoholic, and a family man. Motivated to share his passion of helping others, Dylan showcases that anything is possible through hard work and a positive mindset. A Connecticut native, he’s happiest when he’s with his family, enjoying the beauty of Mother Nature, and Perpetuating Pure Goodness.

Hope Brigham

Hope has spent the past 10 years utilizing her Communications and Business degree in a variety of professions and travel opportunities.  She has fulfilled service terms with AmeriCorps & Peace Corps. Travel, new adventures and spending time with family are her main interests. Hope is dedicated to living a positive lifestyle and practicing Pure Goodness in all her affairs.

Stephanie Nettles

Stephanie Nettles has worked with families, individuals, and couples the last 15 years as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Her passion is to help people feel good, and find happiness within themselves. Stephanie cherishes time with her two small children, bike riding, and enjoying what the outdoors has to offer.  Stephanie is committed to a  life practice of benevolence and Pure Goodness.

Brian Holdt

Brian Holdt is the owner/operator of AirLine Cycles in East Hampton Connecticut. Brian grew up working in bikes shops, then took an eighteen year hiatus to work in the environmental consulting field before returning to the bicycle industry. When he's not turning wrenches at the shop, Brian enjoys supporting the largest bike racing club in the state, renovating his 1700s farmhouse, and occasionally actually getting to ride a bike. He strives to make cycling accessible for everyone, perpetuating  pure goodness in his professional career and personal life.

James Morris

Jim is an experienced IT Project Manager.  His career Projects span from organizational partnerships, acquisitions, service expansions, software development, and process improvement. Jim enjoys spending family time with his wife and three children.  Jim Perpetuates Pure Goodness in his life, practicing benevolence in various philanthropic commitments & mentoring opportunities  while sharing his expertise, life experiences and wisdoms with others.

Stacy Herr

With over 20 years of event planning and development experience, Stacy owns and operates Life Celebrated, LLC;  a premier event planning company in Eastern CT specializing in corporate events, weddings, golf tournaments and fundraisers.  Stacy also is a graduate of, and now leads, a two year Leadership Program with the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT, as well as manages her family catering company, On The Spot Catering.  Stacy has a passion for celebrating all things big and small, helping others realize their full potential, and perpetuating good through acts of kindness and compassion.  Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, riding her bike, roller derby, and camping.
